1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qwnt AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free, Pro, and Elite subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction to use Qwnt AI. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Wallet

Qwnt AI accounts are wallet-based. You are responsible for securing access to your connected wallet and agent wallet. We do not store seed phrases. Any actions taken from your connected wallet address are your sole responsibility.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Pro at $29/month, Elite at $99/month) are billed monthly via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions auto-renew and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

5. Performance Fees

In live trading mode, Qwnt AI deducts a performance fee from profitable closed positions: 10% for Pro tier, 5% for Elite tier, 0% for Free tier. Fees are collected automatically at position close and are non-negotiable.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activity; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's APIs; (c) create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits; (d) use the Platform in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

7. No Guarantees

Qwnt AI provides automated trading tools on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees of profitability, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Strategy performance in paper mode does not guarantee equivalent live trading performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, strategy logic, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of Qwnt AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or its users. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
